The Storm open their home series vs. rival the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. \nThe Lake Elsinore Storm have been the Minor League Baseball (MiLB) Class-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres since 2001. 2026 marks Omaha the Bat Dog’s second full season with the Lake Elsinore Storm as their official bat dog.\nThis long-standing partnership represents over two decades of player development in the California League. Some notable Storm alumni include Jake Peavy\, Chase Headley\, Corey Kluber and Jackson Merrill.
